Ms. Rukhshunda has over 20 years of experience in the field of Education, having served as a teacher, Master Trainer, Headmistress, as well as Network Head (Balochistan) for the well-reputed and largest International school system. During this time, she has founded new schools, designed comprehensive curricula, and extended Career Counseling to many O and A Level students.
She has also acquired professional development trainings from UK based institutes. As a graduate from Waikato University, New Zealand, in Primary Years Education, she is a qualified Early Years Specialist. Additionally, she is trained in *“Accelerated Leadership”* from LUMS. Ms. Rukhshunda invests time in imparting this knowledge she has acquired through her experience to other teachers in Quetta and Karachi, by conducting training courses for Professional Development in Education.
